How long does it take to receive matches?
Once you submit your property, we typically process and send verified tenant profiles within 24 to 48 hours, depending on the volume of available matches.
Is my property information kept private?
Yes. We prioritize privacy and security. We do not post your property publicly or send out mass marketing emails. All communication is direct and secure.
What if I don't want to use WhatsApp?
WhatsApp is optional. You can choose to receive matches via email or SMS/Text. We respect your preferred communication method for every submission.
